Booking Policy & Event Guidelines

Booking Timeline

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure proper planning, styling, and coordination. Need something sooner? Reach out directly and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you or provide thoughtful alternatives.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to your event. Invoices will be sent via email and must be paid in full to confirm setup.

Weather Contingency

We strongly encourage clients to arrange an indoor or covered backup location when booking. If that’s not possible, we allow one complimentary reschedule within 30 days of your original event date, pending availability.

Travel Fees

All packages include setup + teardown within 15 miles of Bay Village, Ohio.

  • 16–30 miles: Additional $45

  • 31–50 miles: Additional $85

Over 50 miles: Custom travel fee may apply – contact us for a quote.

Event Duration

Standard picnic durations range from 90–120 minutes depending on your package. Additional time may be purchased for $50 per hour, based on availability.

Damage & Cleanup

Please treat all Blush & Blankets Co. items with care. Clients are responsible for damages, excessive mess, or missing items. We’ll handle cleanup and teardown — all you need to do is show up and enjoy!

Children & Pets

Children are welcome with supervision. Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like to include a Kids’ Corner Setup or pet-friendly modifications.

Travel Fee + Setup Inclusions

All Blush & Blankets Co. pricing includes full setup and teardown within 15 miles of Bay Village, Ohio.

Extended travel fees apply as follows:

  • 16–30 miles: Additional $45

  • 31–50 miles: Additional $85
