Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 1st, 2025

Welcome to Blush & Blanket Co. By booking a service, purchasing an add-on (like Blush Bar), or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Final balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit your full payment.

  • Reschedules are permitted with written notice at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3. Service Expectations

  • We provide a styled picnic setup and/or Blush Bar services tailored to your event.

  • Client is responsible for guest behavior and damage to property/equipment.

  • Blush Bar beverages are non-alcoholic and for guests of all ages, unless otherwise noted.

4. Venue & Weather

  • Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows setup (including park permits if applicable).

  • Weather-related postponements can be rescheduled within 60 days, subject to availability.

5. Liability

Blush & Blanket Co. is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or dietary issues (Blush Bar ingredients can be disclosed upon request)

  • Lost or stolen items at the event site

  • Damages due to third-party vendors or acts of nature

6. Use of Photos

We may photograph your event for use on our website and social media. You may opt out in writing prior to your event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and social media is the property of Blush & Blanket Co. and cannot be used without permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
